I have bought many of your forged knives, ranging from the salmon knife to
your chef's knives. The quality and feel of your knives matches anything I
have seen among the familiar and vastly over-priced "brand name" knives
available in the usual kitchen stores.

I can only recommend that for unsurpassed - unsurpassed! - quality and
value, these are the definitive knives to purchase. They perform the job
extremely well and look very good in my kitchen.
