I looked at the last shipment of knives you sent me and they are all very
nice. Thank you very much. I especially like the bread knife, the long
slicer and the oval steel.
As I told you in my last EMail the handle on the 9" fruit utility knife
(the one that costs 15.31.) from my first order had a bubble in it. It
cracked. Can you please send me a replacement for the 9" fruit/utility
knife. And please send me a catalog because my family wants to see what
you have.

In my opinion, its the shape and balance of your knives that sets them
apart.
The handles are very comfortable and the forging is nice and heavy.
